Our latest project — Urban Classic Home — in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood was recently honored with a Gold Award in the Single Family Custom Home Category: One of a Kind Custom or Spec Home, 6001-8000 sq ft in the 2019 Best in American Living™ Awards (BALA) by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Now in its 36th year, BALA recognizes outstanding achievement by builders and design professionals in all sectors of the residential housing industry including single-family production, custom, multifamily, affordable, remodeling, community and interiors. BALA is built on the principle that all great homes start with great design, no matter cost or size.

The Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago (HBAGC) also recognized our Urban Classic Home with a local award. We were honored to be named winner of a Platinum Key Award in the Single Family Custom Home 7,500 sq ft – Urban category.
Each year The Key Awards recognize excellence in housing design, architecture design, interior design, community design, landscape architecture and remodeling.
