On September 17th, over 40 real estate brokers joined us for a private event, “Prolific Inspiration in Custom Home Building,” hosted at Montauk Sofa’s beautiful showroom. Speakers included Steve Kadlec, Summer Thornton, Taryn Lund, Kara Mann, Frank Mariani, and Donna Mondi.

Janet Owen, a leading Broker with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, recently wrote a piece about Garages called “The Forgotten Room.” The piece features her own garage which was recently renovated by BGD&C Custom Homes.
In April of this year, BGD&C Custom Homes teamed up with children’s clothing company Monica + Andy for a DIY Dollhouse Event in Lincoln Park. Over 20 children and their families came by to create custom dollhouses with the help of interior designer Amy Kartheiser of Amy Kartheiser Design.
